Welcome to RichH Digital. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service and Access

We provide access to our CRM and AI tools (“the Services”) as outlined in your selected plan.

2. Payment and Billing

You will receive an invoice after completing the sign-up form.Monthly payments are due on the same date as your first invoice payment.Access to the Services will be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice due date. Access will be restored upon full payment.

3. Cancellation and Notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time with7 days’ notice.No refunds will be provided for any partial or full month of Service already used.

4. Use of Software and Data

No transfer of websites, funnels, or software assets from the CRM platform is permitted.You may download your own contacts and data at any time.We are not responsible for any loss of data or downtime if the CRM platform experiences technical issues, including but not limited to GoHighLevel (GHL).

5. Support and Communication

Support is provided at our discretion and verbally includes simple replies to messages via email or WhatsApp.We do not guarantee in-depth or technical support beyond basic assistance.Any additional or advanced support beyond basic replies will be subject to additional charges.Your contact number will be added to a WhatsApp group for ongoing support.

6. Client Responsibilities and Learning

You acknowledge that you need to invest time in learning how to use the Services effectively.You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and onboarding.Cooperation and timely communication are required to ensure successful setup and use of the Services.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide tools and services to help your business, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using our Services.

8. Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Services, including issues related to the CRM platform or GoHighLevel (GHL).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via email.
